Change font size and color of text fields
You can change the font size and color of text fields in PDF files. By default, the text appears in 14pts black. If you would like to change this, go to Adobe’s Help page and follow the instructions there. You can also adjust the font color to match the background of the document. In addition, the font size is automatically adjusted when the user types. You can change this if you have long names in the text boxes.
To change the font size and color of text fields in PDF documents, first select the text and click the Properties Bar. Next, select the Font Size and Color options from the Font Chooser. Choose the one that best suits the situation and click OK. The change will be reflected in the text box. You can then retype or re-type the text to make it more readable. You can also change the font color of text fields by clicking the Fonts tab in the Properties Bar.

Manually fill out a PDF form
Open the PDF form with Adobe Reader. Type your answers into the fields. The program will automatically adjust the font size to fit the content of the field. It will fit all text into the form’s text box. Then, you must close the form editor. Otherwise, your data will be unreadable. You should close the form editor after filling in each field. However, you can choose not to close the Adobe Reader application when manually filling out a PDF form.
